EmailMoola is a UK-based email rewards platform owned and operated by Web Jungle Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (Company No: 16098364). By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Our Service
EmailMoola operates an email rewards platform where members earn points for reading brand emails, clicking on offers, and completing surveys. Members can convert their earned points to cash and withdraw funds to their bank accounts globally.
3. Points and Payments
Earning Points: Members earn points for reading emails, clicking on offers, and completing surveys.
Points are converted to USD at a rate of 1000 points = $10.00 USD. Minimum withdrawal is $10.00 USD (1000 points). Payments are processed manually via Wise to your registered bank account.
4. Moolafilliates Premium Program
Moolafilliates is our premium rewards program offering higher earning potential.
Premium Bonuses: Moolafilliates members earn 68% revenue share on brand bonuses, significantly higher than standard rates.
Quality Control: Due to higher earnings, Moolafilliates bonuses undergo monthly quality control review.
Payment Schedule: Brand bonuses completed in the current month are paid approximately between the 20th and the last day of the following month.
Validation Process: Points remain "pending validation" until approved by admin review (around the 25th of each month).
Confirmed Points: Only validated points can be withdrawn. Pending points are subject to quality control checks.
5. Member Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Use only one account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
- Genuinely read emails and interact with offers in good faith
- Complete surveys and offers honestly without manipulation
- Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with emails or surveys
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations including GDPR
- Keep your account information and banking details up to date
- For Moolafilliates members: Maintain high-quality engagement to pass monthly reviews
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension:
- Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with others
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to click emails, offers, or surveys
- Attempting to manipulate or game the points system
- Providing false information during registration or withdrawal
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards
- Attempting to access other members' accounts or data
- Engaging in fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform
- For Moolafilliates: Providing low-quality or fraudulent bonuses that fail quality control
7. Rewards System
EmailMoola operates a fair rewards system with both standard and premium earning options:
Standard Rewards (All Members)
- Email Opens: Earn points for opening reward emails
- Link Clicks: Earn additional points for clicking tracking links
- Standard Bonuses: Earn bonus points for completing advertiser actions
- Surveys: Earn points for completing CPX surveys
- Equal Rates: All members earn at the same rate for standard activities
Moolafilliates Premium Rewards
- Premium Bonuses: Earn 68% revenue share on brand bonuses
- Higher Earnings: Significantly higher earning potential than standard rates
- Quality Requirements: Must maintain high-quality engagement to pass monthly reviews
- Delayed Payments: Payments processed between 20th and last day of following month
8. Payment Processing
Important Payment Information
Standard Payments: Processed manually via Wise within 5-10 business days of withdrawal request.
Moolafilliates Brand Bonuses: Payments for brand bonuses completed in the current month are processed approximately between the 20th and the last day of the following month.
Quality Control: Moolafilliates payments are subject to monthly quality control review before processing.
Minimum Withdrawal: $10.00 USD (1000 points) for all payment types.
🔒 Identity Verification Required
We reserve the right to request proof of identification before making payments. Payments may be withheld for members failing ID checks. This verification process is implemented to prevent fraud and ensure the security of our platform.
9. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding points balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out according to our standard payment processing schedule, if not subject to being withheld due to quality control checks. Moolafilliates members with pending validations will have their points reviewed before final payout.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the points balance in your account. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. EmailMoola is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

EmailMoola acts solely as a rewards platform and cannot be held liable for any issues, disputes, damages, or consequences arising from your interactions with external brands or services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
